There are two types of Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA):
- Property and Financial Affairs LPA – Covers all aspects of your financial matters, including property.
- Health and Welfare LPA – Covers decisions related to your health and well-being.
Our Fees for Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Single LPA – £600 + VAT at 20% of £120
- Double LPA – £900 + VAT at 20% of £180
- Four LPAs – £1200 + VAT at 20% of £240
Enduring Powers of Attorney
We also offer services to register Enduring Powers of Attorney, handling all formalities on your behalf.
Fees:
- Registration of an Enduring Power of Attorney from £750 + VAT at 20% of £150
